About the project

OPD designed the Dubai Military Human Resources project within H.H. The Ruler's Court. The design seamlessly combined modern aesthetics with intelligent spatial planning to serve both functionality and discretion.

Embracing a VIP atmosphere, the project created a welcoming yet secure environment, where the confidential nature of military operations was subtly reflected through controlled access zones, concealed technologies, and a refined material palette — turning the sensitive nature of the program into a unique architectural strength.
