About the project

This tower is designed specifically to include technologies such as water-from-air systems for drinking water, water recycling and other alternative sources of energy along with smart home systems.

This B+G+6P+70 tower would be located in Business Bay Dubai with the actual tower wrapped under an especially designed layer that provides the shape and the beauty of the building but is also calculated to make the design environmentally friendly, focusing the sun energy only where needed.

This project will be one of the most self-sustainable in the world and a very unique tower which would stand tall in Dubai.
