About the project

The method of protection from heat and sun light is one of the biggest challenges in the desert environment. One of the most famous elements of protection has traditionally been tents (kheimah) used by the bedouin people to create a shade. This concept has inspired the design of this villa.

Kheimah Villa redefines modern living by blending contemporary architecture with climatic harmony. A bold structural element — an elevated frame — links the villa's main spaces, creating both a visual statement and a functional connector.

The design is guided by natural ventilation: through the central courtyard and thoughtful orientation, wind is directed and circulated seamlessly across the residence. With its striking geometric lines, warm wooden accents, and integration of traditional inspiration, Kheimah Villa is a sustainable retreat where design and environment work in perfect balance.
